1. Registration
Please register early, and at the latest four weeks before the event starts, using the shop function in the calendar.
You can also register by email – please include the event title, your name, address, phone number and email address.
Your registration becomes binding once you receive a confirmation from me.

2. Payment
With your confirmation you will receive an invoice for the participation fee.
Please transfer the amount within 7 days, stating the event title and your name, to the following account:

3. Cancellation / Withdrawal
Plans can change – that’s understandable.
If you need to cancel, simply send an email to: ulrike.reimann@emotionskultur.com

• Up to 4 weeks before the event: refund minus €10 processing fee
• Up to 2 weeks before: 50% refund minus €10 processing fee
• Up to 1 week before: 30% refund minus €10 processing fee
• From 7 days before or on the event day: no refund

If you find a replacement participant, the fee (minus €10 processing fee) will be refunded.
If your cancellation arrives on a weekend or public holiday, the next working day applies.

4. Cancellation by me
If an event cannot take place – for example because the minimum number of participants is not reached or I am unexpectedly unable to attend – you will receive a full refund of the participation fee.
I cannot cover any further costs (e.g. travel, accommodation or loss of work).

5. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw your registration within 14 days of receiving the confirmation, without giving reasons, by email or letter.

The right of withdrawal expires once the event has already taken place and the service has been fully provided.
It is sufficient that you send the withdrawal in time.

6. Liability
Participation in workshops and events is at your own responsibility.
I am liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
I do not accept liability for personal belongings or for damages caused by participants themselves.

7. Exclusion from participation
I reserve the right to exclude participants who disrupt the process significantly or behave inappropriately.
In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund.

8. Coaching and facilitation
Individual sessions (grief work, conflict clarification, process work):
Duration usually 60–90 minutes, fee between €80 and €120 per hour.

Support for couples, groups, teams and organisations:
By agreement – generally €200 per hour or €1000 per day.
For training or process facilitation, an additional preparation day and half a day for follow-up are added.
According to § 6(1) Z 27 UStG (small business regulation), no VAT is charged.

9. Legal framework
Austrian law applies exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction: Vienna.
Any deviating agreements must be made in writing.
If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remainder remains unaffected; the relevant legal provision applies instead.
By registering for a workshop, coaching session or event, you accept these conditions.
If anything is unclear, just ask – clarity supports good work.
