I, Ulrike Reimann, am responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act.

2. What data do I process – and for what purpose?
I only use personal data when it is necessary for our collaboration or when you have given your consent.
a) Contact
If you contact me via the contact form or email, I store the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) so I can respond and follow up if needed.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
b) Online shop & booking system
For bookings or orders, I require data such as your name, address, email, phone number, payment information and booking details.
This data is used to fulfil the contract and process your booking.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Recipients may include payment providers; I only share data to the extent necessary.
c) Cookies & web analytics
Cookies are used to ensure the functionality of the website and to improve the user experience.
Some cookies require your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
For analytics tools such as Google Analytics, data such as anonymised IP addresses may be processed.
Transfers to the USA take place only with active consent and Standard Contractual Clauses.
d) Newsletter
If you sign up for my newsletter, I need your email address and your consent (double-opt-in).
The newsletter is sent via Mailchimp (USA).
Analytics (e.g. opens, clicks) only occur with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
You can unsubscribe at any time.
e) Hosting & server log files
My website is hosted by GreenGeeks, with servers located in Amsterdam (Netherlands, EU).
When you visit the site, technical data such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL and time of access are automatically stored. This data is not directly linked to individuals.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Who do I share your data with?
Service providers who support technical operations (e.g. hosting, payment services, newsletter delivery) – each with a data processing agreement where required.
For newsletters and analytics, providers outside the EU (USA) may be involved – using Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
No data is shared with third parties for advertising without your explicit consent.

4. How long is your data stored?
Data is stored only as long as necessary for the specific purpose or as required by legal retention periods.
After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
For bookings, commercial and tax-related retention periods apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:

• access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• request deletion (“right to be forgotten”) under certain conditions (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
• withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB).

6. Data security
I implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse (e.g. encryption, access controls).
I ensure that all service providers follow comparable security standards.

7. International data transfers
If data is transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA), this is done only with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and, where relevant, with full information provided to you.

8. Children and young people
This website is not directed at children under the age of 14.
If I become aware that personal data from a child has been collected without parental consent, I will delete it.

9. Changes to this privacy policy
I may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when my services evolve or when legal requirements change.
The current version is always available on this website.
